Luxury Performance Trips is a tour operator, not a coaching or childcare provider. We source and book tournament entry, travel, and accommodation on behalf of clubs, and we're on hand throughout each tour for logistics and support. Every club that travels with us brings its own coaches and team officials, who remain fully responsible for supervising and looking after their own players — on the pitch, at the hotel, and everywhere in between — for the whole trip.
Every tour has an LPT representative on the ground, whose role is logistics and support — points of contact for the club, help if plans change, and coordination with venues, hotels and transport. They are not a substitute for a club's own coaching staff and do not supervise players directly; that responsibility sits with the club throughout.
Any concern about a player's welfare during a tour should be raised first with that player's own club — normally their designated safeguarding officer or team manager, who remains responsible for their players at all times. If a concern relates to something within LPT's own role (travel, accommodation, or a venue/supplier we've arranged), or a club needs to reach us urgently while on tour, contact our on-site representative or concierge@luxuryperformancetrips.com, and we'll act on it promptly.
We expect every club travelling with us to have its own appropriate safeguarding arrangements in place for its players, in line with their club's or national federation's own policies. We also expect every hotel, venue, and transport provider we book to meet ordinary standards of safety and care for young people, and we factor this into who we choose to work with.
For wider guidance on safeguarding in youth sport, see the Child Protection in Sport Unit (CPSU), run by the NSPCC.
